Some of the sites I'm most proud of...
- Gamma - a trail mapping app - This is actually a mobile app. It was made to help my cousin Sarah get her Gold award in Girl Scouts.
- JS Code Quiz - a test for JS knowledge. Written in as a project in the DU Bootcamp.
- Match Game - This started out as a Codecademy project. However, I have reworked it and changed it to not use bootstrap, that I claim it as mine now. Very little of this is recognizable as Codecademy's (colors are about it)
- Weather Dashboard - React- This was a recreation of the Weather Dashboard done in class, but it was translated over to React.
- Weather Dashboard - CSS/jQuery- This was the Weather Dashboard done in class.
These are some of the projects that I really liked doing and am
somewhat proud of. They aren't necessarily show pieces, but I
think they are pretty good.
Sites created while in DU Coding bootcamp
- Roll for Friendship - This was a team project. It was written in React and used GraphQL and ExpressJS for the backend.
- Shop-A-Lot - An unofficial D&D companion app that is a basic clone of an Amazon style ecommerce site for all of the best items. Go shopping!
- Tech Blog - a simple blog hosted with MySQL and HTML as the frontend.
- Employee Tracker - This is a NodeJS application that uses command line interface to manage an employee system. The database is MySQL and it used Sequelize for the ORM.
- Joke Trivia - a group project that made a quiz game. I think my game came out better than the group project did. This incorporated 2 different URLs for fetching data.
This is not by any means a complete list. This is some of the
bigger projects that were done. Some of these were done on teams.
